These two older books both cover place value and whole numbers in the first two chapters with multiplication, division, decimals, and geometry covered near the end. Traditional math books explain a concept, then practice problems to master. I used parts of these two books together as extra practice for a concept. The 300+ pages each, hardcover books were quite worn when I bought them several years ago, but are quite nice for practice.
